ADI’S LMSU! APP ACHIEVES HIGHLY COMMENDED ACCOLADE AT HSJ AWARDS
Congratulations to mHabitat, Leeds and York Partnership FT & Leeds Community Healthcare Trust, who were Highly Commended for LMSU! at the HSJ Awards
At the HSJ Awards on Wednesday 21 November mHabitat, Leeds and York Partnership FT & Leeds Community Healthcare Trust, were highly commended for their submission: “Let Me Show You – improving transitions for young people with complex needs through technology” in the Patient Digital Participation category.
Benita Powrie, Head of Service for Children’s Therapies at Leeds Community Healthcare, tweeted on the night:

Digital health design specialists mHabitat, Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust and Leeds Community Healthcare developed the LMSU! app in partnership with ADI. LMSU! is a person centred online tool that empowers the young person, by putting them in control of their health, care team and their daily life, by storing and sharing media, connecting them to their support network and letting them easily manage their goals.
